Descripció i Metodologia: |
Whether you have experience applying CLIL in Science or if you would like to start next year, in this course we will reflect on how to do it according to the PBL methodology. You will end up with your own proposal for your classes.
Adapting the language and content integration methodology and the project based learning seems to be difficult. With this course we are going to think about different strategies, discover useful tools for the teacher and the student. PBL is related to enquiry-based learning, so they are going to learn through investigation, experimentation, case analysis, debate, comparison of different ideas, the search for solutions or the construction of objects.

Continguts |
Module 1:
Introduction “A CLIL lesson is a subject lesson transmitted in a foreign Language”. 4Cs curriculum (Coyle 1999). Content learning. Language learning.
Module 2:
How does PBL differ from “doing a project”?. The Gold Standard PBL model (Buck institute for education) and HQPBL. IBSE (inquiry based science education). Syncronous meeting and videos
Module 3:
Mixing CLIL and PBL. Resources, tools and materials. Practise with an exemple, make an own selection and give feedback to others.
Videos, optional meeting with other teachers and share ideas.
Module 4:
Materials creation. Lesson Planning for CLIL Project (Science). Feedback and final sharing workshop (virtual meeting).

Persones destinatàries |
Secondary teachers (ESO, BAT and CFA) with a B2 minimum.
Requisits:
1. Disposar d'usuari XTEC actiu.
2. Haver certificat les activitats de formació adjudicades durant aquest curs acadèmic i l'anterior.
Criteris específics d’adjudicació. Les sol•licituds admeses s'ordenaran en funció de:
1.Vinculació al centre de treball 2.1.Funcionari 2.2.Interí 2.3. Substitut
2.Nivell de llengua C2,C1,B2.
Si ets docent d'un centre concertat, municipal o les acreditacions d’especialitat i/o nivell de llengua (C2, C1 o B2) requerides a la convocatòria no consten a l’ATRI, caldrà omplir aquest FORMULARI dins del període de sol•licitud.
